Capital One is not different from other banks, we all have issues on the mortgage side: WF, BOFA, Chase, you name it. We'll just have to wait and see what's going to happen in Q3 when our planned reorg will start.

Just ignore the rumors, there will be no layoffs and there are no layoffs. Just go back to work as usual, relax and focus on your stuff and you will be just fine. Capital One does not announce layoffs on some random blogs found on the internet, so all this stuff you read here is just bull.
Massive layoffs will happen in the second part of the year, not sure why but our numbers are not good so that may play role here - Capital One is a quirky company
