There is confirmation at my store that some leadership changes are happening. Also in May, the unload teams will start at 6 rather than 4 in almost all stores.

Sorry to hear what is happening. Everyone at the Target I was at was awesome, especially the TL's. NOTE: It is best to leave on your own or with an excuse (job was temporary/seasonal or the company went "under" - no fault of your own). Jobs where I was "downsized" I had trouble looking for the next job as the general feeling is that if you weren't good enough to keep, are you good enough to hire? Best of luck to you all - just keep giving awesome Customer Service no matter where you are or what happens and you'll go far!
Stores already at 6 will change to 7:30 and some will unload at 8:30. The idea is that the unloaders will be floor coverage. There is a big Presentation project coming up that will eventually reduce planogram man hours and Presentation and Unloaders will help each other out. Some changes are starting in May but some say more changes are expected between now and September
Multiple two hours with 1000s of stores and number of unloaders per store and with their hourly wage you get some serious bucks. we are falling apart like a house of cards. who else is affected?
Less money for the unload teams, bummer
