Why? Let's see. My company posted a PROFIT of $10.9 BILLION dollars. Our upper management felt that wasn't good enough, because it was on target with the $10.9 BILLION in PROFIT that was achieved the year before. So, they didn't reward their hard working engineers with any raises, bonuses, or even options. Nothing, zero, zilch. But, the CEO got a bonus of $78 million. Why are we angry? That's a start.
