Thread regarding Follett layoffs

When the cash was flowing it was great for the upper echelon. While in the trenches we complained of old equipment registers freezing etc. Crappy overpriced GM. They were not proactive. and the little bit they were proactive thinking up stupid names like cafescribe? Stupid ideas. but the home office always knew best. hate to say I told you so. never listened to us in the stores. we are with the students day in and day out. Follett deserves what they have now. Sears and Ksmart! don't know who's been running the "sourcing" dept for GM but all you have to do is walk into a Target or Walmrt. NOT KMART or Sears! stupid meets stupider and they become stupidest. it wasn't rocket science 10 years ago the direction the company needed to go. too late now. Amazon has the best idea I've heard in quite some time! Bravo!
