Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

I was laid off last year CSW and went through all of the emotions. angry, feeling no one wanted me anymore. The fact is it happened and you deal with it. Get your resume ready now because it takes a while to get it looking good. Go to the OCM training ( that L3 pays for) early and get your emails and phone numbers of references now as CSW will tell you not to contact people at work. Also update your Linkedin profile so you start your networking. If you're a EET Degree you're probably on the list there were a large number last year with that degree. if you're one of the lucky ones that stay a phone call to your friend that weren't so lucky will help. Remember there's not a lot of difference between those that stayed and those shown the door. L3 has great people so wish you all the best. Goodluck
