The job market is saturated and everybody will be applying for the same job. The VSO just makes it easier for the managers. It will be all chiefs and no indians to do the job.
I heard 54. Not sure if that is for whole division or just ops.
Don't take the VSO... the job market is saturated with low-paying jobs...
