Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

This is my first post, I am recent college graduate and I joined TTS roughly 20 months ago. I like it here, I have good mentors and I learned a lot while here. So, aside from pay which can always be better, I cannot complain about much. Now, granted that I am probably shielded from most of the concerns you've addressed here, I'd like to stay and grow with TTS. At the same time, I am puzzled with so many concerns people are posting here. Since I do not have any reference points and this is my first job, can you guys tell me what you see working worse or better in TTS if compared to your previous employers. Thanks in advance!
