Test CoE is an overhead group, which can easily be eliminated with a zero impact to work. Not really sure why this group was even created with no real work in the first place. Literally all in this group do ONLY and ONLY admin jobs starting from PMs to Managers to KMGs. Totally eliminating this group can save lots of money to Target during this retail struggling time. There could be other groups like this, which should be analysed.
