Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Want our Pulse

From JE : Dear ES Engineering team,

In the coming weeks, you’ll be receiving an email embedded with one question: “How likely are you to recommend Honeywell as an employer to a friend or colleague?”

This “People Pulse” is designed to help me better understand how you feel about working at Honeywell. Please take the time to answer this question, and be completely honest – all responses are anonymous. You’ll have the option – and I’d greatly appreciate – additional comments.

We’ll continue to send these out randomly over the next several months so that everyone has the chance to respond, and will share the results with you.

This is not part of any other initiative but simply to gauge employee satisfaction – something that I’m personally invested in.

Thank you in advance,

Wow,

I just looked at one of those SurveyMonkeyGroin emails from a couple of years ago

what"s with the lengthy alphanumerics in the URL ?

Looks like an employee -traceable unique code for each It URL sent out.

Copy / paste it into NOTEPAD,

then share / compare with a trusted colleague.

Then, now and the future,

only report hyperbolically fantastics 100% +

supportive RahRah ratings for everything,

because you are being watched, recorded,

and rated in the 9 block accordingly.

Re: Anonymous Surveys

some years back, HR sent out one of those Anonymous Surveys

When I looked closely at the survey URL,

I saw what looked like a Honeypie badge number in there.

I changed the URL to a colleague's badge number,

and was able to bring up & review her survey results.

I shared this, and neither of us will EVER EVER EVER

reply to one of these SPYGRAM Surveys ever again.

ABD it doesn't help anyone's confidence to get more surveys with URLs containing trustworthy name text like surveymonkey in them

I was startled when I was told I was within the sights of getting a Glock-9 rating on performance,

then my boss cleared throat and corrected It was

BLOCK 9.

Lol about the mo-on comment. A few years ago he was listed among the top “40 under 40” people that were up-and-coming by aviation weekly. He’s a former systems engineer who basically “engineered” for a couple years. On the positive side, he was very supportive of an admin who died very young of colon cancer. During the years that she was fighting the disease, she said he was exemplary.

Their stupidly is endless. They purposely turned it into a toxic environment and now they want to know why we hate it? LOL!!! How is it not obvious the broken WFH policy and the 46 hour forced OT and EEI BS will prevent them from getting and retaining good employees. DUH, geniuses.

NO NO NO!!!

Do Not EVER respond honestly to these things, at any company.

They swear up and down that they are anonymous and they want you to be honest. NOT TRUE.

they're NOT and they will find ways to use it against you.

In ANY survey like this just always give the company line. You LOVE it. It is a GREAT place to work. The Global Town Hall was EXCELLENT.

LIE LIE LIE, just the way they do to you, so when they look up your answers, they have one less reason to put you on the Goodbye List.

He means well I suppose. Just can’t overcome decades of billions and billions in wasted advance tech money. What exactly new and revolutionary have they delivered ?

It's unclear what the intention of the survey is? He is wanting feedback on employee satisfaction. I assume since he is one of the dream children in ALT, that has instigated forced quota on 9-blocks and high EEI (forced OT) that he is looking to confirm that employee satisfaction is pretty low and per plan?

Oh Yea, there is nothing anonymous about the surveys, the IP addressed are tracked and they can get access to them if they want.
