Yes there was a class. It is called imanage and is mandatory for managers. Just rolled out.
The post reads a silly, but the poster is right.
It is TIME to move on before worse happens to you and more importantly, before the people who leave early get first dibs on the better jobs out there. .
Managers know from all that is going on, what is coming and are all just trying to save their own behinds while putting on very fake empathetic behaviors.
Speaking of which, the current fake empathetic behavior is sending me bonkers - at meetings all I hear is "I hear you" - there must have been some class where they told the zombies to be empathetic and keep saying "I hear you" even when they are neither listening NOR hearing. LOL
