Most people at Resideo are working from home with the Covid19 scare, but techs are left to work there while the CEO makes comments in meetings about how nice it is to work at home. They could care less about their employees. Heartless.

For those keeping count: CFO gone, CEO will leave when they find replacement, chief Procurement officer gone, CTO gone. Interim CFO from BCG. RTS VPGM gone, Comfort VPGM gone. and this is just a few

If Resideo wants the true low-down on the problems maybe they should start with the people on the floor, like the material handlers and the material handler leads who are forced to deal with the shortcomings and nonsense from the folks at Resideo. Now that it is slow and the layoffs have started in full force the planners are looking for any reason to blame it on the material handlers who know more about the stocks and the situation than most planners. the reason for this is that most planners rely on the SAP computer system to determine stock levels rather than actually getting on the floor to verify. Maybe that is why there was a million dollar plus surplus in stock for the year. Kal-Serv and its material handlers are contractors and so Resideo and its employees look down on them rather than working with them. This creates a situation where cooperation and teamwork are not possible. in addition, when something DOES need to be communicated to Resideo the process in place makes it so that nothing is done regarding a concern for much longer than it should reasonably take.

High level exits

Looks like we have...

1) VPGM of key product line is leaving...

2) Deputy CFO and VP finance gone.

3) CTO on his way out......

Massive layoffs going on...

huge delays and misses in key product releases...like not even close.

They are not only letting regular folks go but high level also. For example, Deputy CFO and VPs in finance let go as well. wow...talk about unstable....

@ZwPxTGW-1mep LOLZ...wow you are HR, legally r----ded or just plain stupid. Its not bright. Big misses on key products being delivered. Really bad and backward sales plans key high level people leaving or about to leave and numbers in the toilet. Dont listen to the spin given on town halls....look at the real numbers. Its as bad as a company can get and still keep the lights on. Panic coming from a "profitability assessment" that was given by by large consulting company ......Never heard of a number this high as a "go get"

Laid off much of the old Honeywell guard to get rid of that mentality. Atlanta closing since new HQ is in Austin TX. Our CEO is executing his plans and getting rid of dead weight and those who stopped doing their job years ago but were still going through the motions and getting paid for it. Sad to see them go but it took too long already. The future is bright if you see the big picture of where Resideo is going.
