Sad, prior to Ann’s retirement claims was productive. Since new leadership a downward trend.
There have been rumors of that for awhile.... back with Pink Snitch.
I think they are trying to pull together as many jobs/teams to create less jobs functions due to low productivity.
They've outsourced some claims processing... offshore if course and they s---. But our regular Claims Dept just sits there and overrides everything so not sure who's worse.
