Who’s getting a bonus this year?

I remember the days when people took a vacation, or bought new furniture or appliances, or a down payment for a condo.
Now, thanks for enough for a dinner out.
My bonus was screwed up and only for one store, not both that I’m accountable for. However everyone saying SM’s arentgetting bonuses needs to stop - They’ll be paid out this week if you were eligible and met your goals. If you haven’t heard it from your regional take it up with them.
Our "bonus" is a lost contract and unemployment. Still no word on comp package.
Who is spreading rumors? Some region have not heard a peep from their rm’s regarding bonuses.
Self service now has a ‘My Bonus’ link. It will provide an overly complicated layout of what you are -eligible- for. Your RM is supposed to communicate how you did directly. That said, don’t put a downpayment down on anything, you might not like what you see in terms of maximum earning potential.

So you got your numbers? Are you getting a bonus? Who gave you the numbers? Our rm doesn’t even respond to emails.
Why are some managers getting information and the others are not? This seems like an ongoing issue with the company.
How about we all calm down here and stop spreading misinformation. I got my bonus number, as did the other managers in my district.
Lawyer up for what? Private business, the Family can do what they want.
Is this a rumor, not bonus for manager even if you qualified? If that is true I am hiring a lawyer.

Can someone confirm that store managers who hit their numbers are NOT getting their bonus? I think it would be a major error for the company not to pay these out.

And keep piling more directives, systems, webinars, time lines, etc. on SM, cut their labor, with little if any support from rm, gap or ho. Look it u on the quad🤪🤪
It's a shame. June used to be my favorite time of year because I had the joy of calling SM's to tell them their bonus totals. Felt like Santa Clause.

And that’s about it, oh yea, upper management for the superb year. Store mangers zilch. Did we ever hear how follett did financially last year?
