If this is what you read in Aria's home page, I guess there will be super significant re-org or changes coming. I have never seen this text on Aria's home page.

it's not "maybe", it's a fact, HR sent out an official mail describing the reorg, and they said it will affect around 10% of total wf, with the creation of the new OGS legal entity.

The new legal entities don't mean there will be major rif's, but they could simply be "legal entities" for you know - legal reasons?? Maybe it's a tax thing but that action alone doesn't mean a rif. But I'll agree that rif's are coming because it's JUNE, it's FY20, it's that time of year and sales gets new terrritories & comp plans, people leave on their own and we always have reorgs in Q1.

That's unpossible! We all know that Oracle doesn't preannounce layoffs.

Would you mind posting that email's contents here, verbatim?

Going off on tangents. Can you have a coherent thought/discussion without it interspersed with apocalyptic doom n gloom?

Maybe it's time to change the b-ng water.

"ReOrg? Maybe." do you even work for Oracle?

you should take you tin foil hat off and let your brain breath a little. or more probably you don't work for Oracle.

and, of course, the more than 2000 people riffed since march are not true, just another story to scare children. and, again of course, the more than 6000 people in the list to be riffed in Q1 and Q2 is just another rumble from a disgruntled employee.

PS yes, I work for Oracle.

"despite what the "tin foil hat" id--t believes"

You are the one wearing the tinfoil hat. ReOrg? Maybe. Companies do that all the time.

Every time there is a rustle in the ground, you moorans come out and yell 'godzilla is coming.'

it's related to the new OGS. despite what the "tin foil hat" id--t believes, this is a deep reorg touching around 10% of total wf, i.e. more than 13.000 people ww, and cannot be done one shot in the systems.

and yes, next week unfortunately more rifs to come, in almost all orgs not only OCI. this is nothing new by the way, it's just the last effect of the rif plan started in march, that overall touched almost 2000 people since today. if you scroll down the message on this site, I have already posted this info on late november, and then again in the following months.

Yes I see that. Maybe realigning MH's org in the background and they don't want us to see until it's announced on Monday.
