My manager doesn’t actually understand what we are selling and more importantly, how a pursuit should be structured. Not a clue. Which results in the challenges we face (lack or resource etc) not being addressed. Unless changes are made, we will not be successful. Who do we get to listen?
Never ever have I seen, experienced and worked with such terrible leadership. The word, astonishing, takes a whole new meaning at DXC. I feel sorry for the new execs coming sold a bag of c-ap.
