After many years at Honeywell, I just bailed recently as well.
There is a fairly serious level of mass exodus from the company right now due to the horrible corporate culture and high levels of upper management incompetence. I just couldn't stand it anymore and had to leave for my own sanity.
Maybe if they get rid of multiple layers of bad decision makers and actually start caring about the employees, then I might go back.
I'm guessing that they will go the way of GE with the current "leaders" continuing to abuse the employees and the lack of caring about the brain drain that it is pushing.
