Once again as some people have been shown the door 'new employees' are arriving. How do you get approval to hire while letting go?? New guy hired in community relations. Is that really the priority?

If you’re looking for an explanation....just look at who runs HR. Inept leaders hire inept staff
Don’t forget how many of the HR people are senior specialists. Highly over paid dept. that looks after itself before anyone else.
Not to mention almost half of the new job postings are for positions in HR which seems to have been the norm over the past few years. Is the turnover in those groups really that high? Didnt Workday help create efficiencies as we were told?
