I heard Oracle is kicking out all employees who came through acquisitions. The round of lay off started and will resume in the next few weeks.

Oracle has a habit of laying off people from acquired companies / a big part of how the 3 stooges believe they and oracle create value. Yep, Stupid is a stupid does.
US laid off employees are being replaced with cheaper Indians H1Bs ; that way overall numbers of employees doesn't change much...
