GREAT IDEA. We should all call and report the new BN cleaning “standards”.

I’m sure quite a few cafes , Like the one reported in Tennessee, will have to come up to normal acceptable standards or risk fines ( which BN can’t afford if they can’t afford bags) or shut downs.

After all, if s customer wants a bag, to protect their book if it’s raining out, they have to bring their own.

They lowered the discount and the standards? I’ve applied to Starbucks and was told they’ve heard how bad the cafes look. Was told if I get the job I’ll be re-taught how to clean.

The negativity is absolutely warranted! This once great company turned its back on its loyal, competent, career employees. Discarded them like trash.

And now the stores are dirty( no cleaning services), no bags to give customers. Customer complaints have soared because books don’t get to shelves in a timely manner. Old issues of magazines clutter the stands while their monthly replacement sits in boxes. Employee discount on food slashed 20%.

This company’s POOR DECISIONS warrants negativity! It’s negative decisions have affected those fired, those who remain and the customers who are foolish enough to think it’s still an honorable, upstanding company.

You can’t treat people the way BN does and not expect negativity.

Management should stop their incompetence. Their incompetence is very negative.

Incidentally glassdor is full of negative comments as well

With the lack of capitalization and appalling grammar, this might be somebody from the home office.

Interestingly, the name of this site isn't "Fond Nostalgia of a Great Job.com," it's thelayoff.com. Go figure that there'd be some negativity.
