Ford is not complete with the SRD. There is no announcement for blue collar workers layoffs.
7000 salary cut isn't enough to save the company financially. There will be more cuts, but Ford CEO is not telling the employees or the public.

We were also told we wouldn’t cut our way to fitness yet here we are, so much remains to be seen.
