The company rating has moved from 3.2 to 3.6 over the past year and CEO approval is now 78%. Obviously this is fake news, and the company is gaming the system somehow, Are employees being asked to leave good reviews? Does anyone had hard evidence of actually manipulation. This would seem to be illegal. Pure craziness.

Yes, as an example HON HR employee, we were asked to go out and put positive reviews. Never in email mind you. Just the side discussions. They also get their HRLPs who are still drinking the koolaid to put them out there too. MJ is one of the most unethical leaders I had ever met.
Now Glassdoor at 3.7 of 5...many positive reviews from overseas, but this really seems not to align with reality. Especially in Aero. No real vacation. No WFH, no respect, no trust. Poor health benefits. Mandatory overtime all the time. Asked to be mobile. Dumb, dumb dumb behaviors...be courageous, have a passion for winning. 401 is ok and compensation is ok....but the rest is awful.
Yes I just got an email from a guy in HR along with specific instructions to leave a good review. I'm in Deer Valley and the rationale given was the Gear Down parties they've been having quarterly.

With rebranding and the increased rating, smells like they're preparing to sell off the remaining production facilities to keep money on the "business solutions" side?
A co-worker who got a Bravo received an email from a VP saying congrats and "suggesting" they go to certain sites and leave a review about being an HI employee.
(No he did not go leave a review. He is too busy looking for another job.)
Glassdoor has no system in place to prevent bribes and manipulation of reviews. Google, Facebook, Twitter etc. censor, hide, edit, and delete whatever they want, you think Glassdoor is any different?
Honestly I am not clear why people even bother with Glassdoor - every single company is buying job postings from them and they have a business model where a company HR can curate their comments page.
They approve all comments and the most negative ones get get deleted.
At this point in time either layoffs.com or reddit are probably the best places where you can go and see what's really happening in a company.
Kind of stinks that company willing to throw out money on this branding and boosting Glassdoor than trying to boost employee benefits because its cheaper.
We heard in a town hall that the company was actively going to manage the comments on Glass Door. They can’t keep anyone, new employees leave within 5 months to a year. Totally fake positive comments

cej- sure, please explain this trend. It is not due solely to diifferences in ratings from the US/foreign workforces. The company actively manages it online reputation. It is deception, pure and simple. This company swims in a cesspool of unethical behavior ... tax avoidance, excessive offshoring, union busting, age discrimination, etc.
