Trying to interview with OCI team in Seattle. What is the future of OCI at this point?

Getting hired is a black box. Take any info you can, a weight it in total with all the rest. Glass door reviews on O are surprising accurate: old tech, poor comp, decent benefits, good if your mgr is decent, etc. while the contributions are anonymous. Sometime crowd sourced info is all you get.
Generation 4 off the planning phase soon. Planned ng on Orasoft next.
" stupid not to do this type of research here, on Glassdoor, indeed, etc. "
Yes, but those are actually legitimate sources to do 'research.'
Actually soliciting opinions with a post here (a laid-off site) for career 'direction' is ludicrous.
@ZQl3Kuh-1ykd No reason whatsoever to limit this to US. Even though most other developed countries have more evolved labor laws, smart people do their research ahead of time!
“ No one qualified to interview for OCI would come to a "laid-off forum" looking for career advice.”
Anyone looking for work in the US would be stupid not to do this type of research here, on Glassdoor, indeed, etc. Especially those with prized tech credentials who have lots of opportunities and want to sort out the “hard pass” ones early on.
Oh, come on guys, don't be like that. Your dog, cat & donkey would usually have to be recommended by someone already employed in OCI as being "in the top 10% of creatures they know".
And @ZQl3Kuh-1hlw, you are right. They wouldn't come here although they probably should.
Something tells me this might not be the best venue for such a question - you will get wildly different answers. :\
The future is not Oracle
