It's long time our team at CDC has no tasks, my daily routine is just spending 5 minutes to check email. I do not think Oracle will feed us forever.

Your group is like Milton. Now that HR and MH know about you and your group, you will be on the chopping block soon.
If you have no tasks, you are on the chopping block. They are probably waiting to see if they can make people leave on their own with no payout. In the end, I suspect it costs them more, but they may have that all worked out so they know exactly how many are likely to leave on their own and how many they might have to pay to leave in the end.
No doubt you are on some spreadsheet somewhere.
