Has any ones VR been rejected yet

I know there is a few from my account that have put in voluntarily. We are still waiting to here back. The boss is trying to push for them to not let us go (business needs), the place is run on overtime . I will be very shocked and disappointed of I dont get accepted as what are 3 people out of 2000 (if thats the figure they are wanting). has any ones been rejected yet? - my thoughts are i hope they dont reach their target so the have to let us go. Worked for the company 5 year and got nothing but put on minimum wage (which i wasnt on when i started) i would like to leave with something at least.

So today is July 8th and I have heard nothing formally about VR being accepted or rejected. I did have a call from my Manager saying no one in the team would be getting VR. Would be interesting to know if anyone has formally heard a rejection. Definitely a Blue Monday today.

Got mine, but they want me to stay on until the end of August (!!). Dunno why, but if they want to put me on GL until then I will be happy enough (20+ years service on uncapped UK terms).

Happy to see some folks are still receiving their offers, Congrats:). Hopefully I get mine through next week. I did submit my interest quite late though...not sure if that would have any bearing

Got mine through, and accepted it, on Friday. They want people onto garden leave in 2Q, so last day for handing back kit is next Friday. Could be offers coming out until Tuesday?

This happened the other year and I spoke with an HR legal guy in the UK. Even if they move to CR they have to offer the same terms as the WFR to the CR people. As someone already posted on here. They will have to honour the legacy terms that CSC and HPE people had. I also know people who have been refused WFR.

My personal opinion is they want to move to CR on the old terms now because they severely underestimated the number that would apply.

I think they are actually too cheap to pay out the meagre 'enhanced' terms to more than maybe 500 staff.

Think of it this way - announce VR, give staff a number of weeks to consider it. In that time they get a new job and hold out on the start date to see if they get VR as a springboard to ease them in to a new job (maybe they now have to travel to work, maybe they will have to work a month without pay).

More than they anticipated went for the VR so the execs sh-- the bed and tell HR to drag it as long as possible so hopefully some of those staff will hand in their notice and move on with no VR payment.
