Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

DXC

Do you know what the trouble is?

The trouble is DXC!

In DXC, there is no employer poverty, no honour, no sympathy.

You look out the window of DXC headquarters and you see paradise.

Well, it's easy to be a king in paradise.

But the DXC Employee do not live in paradise.

Out there Customer problems haven't been solved yet.

Out there, there are no saints.

Just people. Angry, scared, determined people, who are going to do whatever it takes to survive, whether it meets with the DXC's approval or not!

Lol. I hate to state the obvious, but you have to leave and join a company that doesn’t treat you like dirt. A lot of us have done it and yes, it takes a few months to get into the groove of a new culture, but you don’t have all the hassle of having to justify spend and you get to do more interesting work.

I was also in your shoes thinking things would get better. But (spoiler alert) they never did and 2 yrs later it looks like they still haven’t.

It usually people who have been there too long who find it harder to leave than people who have only been there up to 5 yrs. But what can I say, life is so much better on the outside. I can only say that because I know how bad things got in dxc and how much worse it became after I left.

It’s never going to improve no matter how much you wish and pray. The story is over and unfortunately dxc is dying a slow and painful death waiting for its digital growth to start when most of the industry has been at this - doing very well thank you very much - since 2014 making dxc rather irrelevant.

Just do yourself a favour and look to leave. Do you really want to be left behind?

We alm work for the same company, but there is always push back. Instead of push back it should be what can we do to make the process better.

I hate all the bull c-ap and I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY MORE

Do the right thing the 1st time.

Part of the problem is all the dam progressed for simple matters. No room for a server because there is no one to Devon it something that isn’t in use for months.

Power it down for a week, no complaints remove it simple

The employees have turned on this God forsake company. When a company has lost the will of the majority it’s over. The most pathetic excuse for a management style I’ve ever seen I thought it was bad in HPE and HP. That was like paradise compared to DXC. I do the absolute minimum now.
