Those numbers tell middle management to continue decimating boots on the ground that speak the lingo and hire more kids fresh out of uni with a degree and zero real world experience and certainly zero product experience. But they cost a third.
Amazing management can preach customer excellence then deliver the complete opposite whilst keeping a straight face. But then they dont do the real VoC that actual customer facing employees hear every day. Fingers in ears, head in the ground. Arse in the air, taking it from above.
