ECA's are a bunch of useless sleeping-on-the-job-waiting-to-retire. Made absolutely no impact in business

ECA's are being told that many will be let go. Why wait around for the firing squad when you can control your own destiny? HD went to Google and I imagine many will follow him there. However, if I am a Google Customer Engineer, and with HD now in charge, I would really question if I want to stick around. He is going to being many of his failed policies there and just fail again.
ECA's were declared gone last two quarters with any remaining to be rif'd or reallocated by June, so it's surprising any are still here.
I didn't know any ECA's were left. I thought they had all been replaced with Hubsters and Class of Reps?
