You can’t get anything done. No one has a sense of urgency for anything. People don’t want to help you. Everyone is in their little space and really don’t care one way or the other if you need something from them. No reason to work hard? What for? I’d say directors and above are trying to cheer the troops on, but they keep taking away all our perks. So no one is working their butts off like they used to. That is what I see.
