News sites report Allstate wants to sell off its remaining annuity business, it has not sold new annuity policies since 2013, any impact on Allstate employees?

some were, although much came from sales through financial institutions and independent agents. The articles reporting the sales talks did not mention whether Allstate would sell all its annuity business or just the business from outside its agencies.
Are these sold through their agencies? If so I would expect little effect as their businesses have been diversified for awhile. Allstate has pared down some of their financial products ongoing for awhile now.
