Racial discrimination is just that and isn’t agains the law - state as federal - and if this guy can prove that his racist bias said these things, oracle will be paying him money big time. I really doubt that O's HR (or that of any large company) would proceed with a termination without having a well documented paper trail. Managers can't just fire people on their own authority.

Oracle totally doesn’t care about good management and getting rid of incompetent, s-xist, racist managers - well, there is a price to be paid for that and oracle is paying it thu poor performance and lawsuits.
Oracle does not care about racism. They care more about $$. This sounds like someone bitter over being fired.

If they are true, and I'm not saying that it didn't happen, but just because it's in El Reg doesn't make it so. If there are witnesses and they are willing to testify, then he'll probably win.
