Thinking Xerox will fail because it failed its customers

The long-standing issue with Xerox is that it continuously breaks its promises to customers. For Ex Misses SLA’s, doctors reporting, eliminates the TSG, doesn’t meet bid requirements it agreed to. This is deeply embedded into its culture.

It’s for this reason, that Xerox will likely fail sooner versus later. Good riddance. Karma at its best.

The TSG wasn’t merely an expense. It was an investment in the customer and a commitment to client satisfaction.

It was shameful to eliminate.

No one else in the industry had a TSG. We were piling costs onto ourselves. Time to accept change and evolution or get out. You really do have a choice.
