Can other cores / xerox explain the changes (if any) that is going on with your Service call center? Have you merged with other cores? Please go easy on the rumors and just reply with facts.

$12 an hour? whoa that is super low, what state are you in?
Our call center people make about $12 an hour at our core.
Why would HCL pay someone in the states $23+ an hour when they can pay some guy in India $3 an hour?
Our call center was rebadged to HCL. Our dispatch team was not. No one from HCL has been on site yet.
Our core had most of our call center reps rebadged to HCL so I'm sure it's in the works.
Considering HCL is hiring customer service people in the US, I am not so sure our jobs are going to India
We don’t know what’s happening with call center yet.
Any call-center related tasks will be chopped and moved to India. They will make a good dollar on the differences in salary between knowledgeable American employees and low wage workers overseas.
