Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

is HCL a real company or a front for a Xerox sell off?

i swear that never in my life have i seen anything like what is going on.

HCL has gotten NOTHING right.

Nobody can get a straight answer, to anything!

They supposedly have over 100,000 employees but their head of HR could not even explain on the web-ex how to use the Itime system, it makes absolutely no sense. if you have that many employees how can you not know this? This first payroll i predict will be F'ed up beyond belief.

Seriously makes me wonder what the hell kind of company they really are because right now i feel like a kindergarten class could run things better.

But again i think Xerox F'ed them over too, i just don't think they had any idea what they were getting into, it's just so crazy!!!!

What’s wrong with Xerox is people like you!!!! Please sit in one of the webinars, and see if you understand anything they say. We are in the USA 🇺🇸 last time I checked, so speak English that we understand.

At no time anyone is blaming HCL they are trying. But like always Xerox doesn’t care they cleaned their hands and is someone else’s problem.... Not without us no $$$$

Can’t wait to start my new job yes with the competition that are sitting back and taking over Xerox customers that are fed up with the screw ups!!!!

This is a fine example of what was wrong at Xerox. People don't listen, don't follow directions, then blame someone else. The worst part of the HCL training is listening to the former Xerox employees who cannot or will not listen and follow instructions. The rudeness and hostility is embarrassing.

I just have one thing to say if they screw up our pay!!! I’m out and hiring an attorney.. I’m fed up with all this nonsense ... I haven’t been able to focus on my daily responsibilities since day one with all these waste of time web training, that we don’t understand. Can someone please tell me why didn’t they allow an English speaker to walk us through all this bs. My team is so frustrated the majority are ready to walk out. Is so true HCL was not ready for us. Xerox will continue to loose money the way we are going support staff not doing their job because they can’t concentrate with all this bs going on every day....

HCL can’t fire and replace you until they’ve transferred your knowledge! Keep that in mind, all the time. Make yourself irreplaceable. Change processes if you need to. This is your career, don’t give up on it.

They don't care if US based employees can use the time system because THEY ARE GOING TO FIRE US ALL ANYWAY AND REPLACE US WITH CHEAP FOREIGN LABOR! Anyone who thinks anything to the contrary is a fool.
