How many of you got letters with CDs from the VP of human resources talking about benefits. How much was spent on that. ?Been here 13 years, vacation, holiday, sick time were taken away about 5 years ago. How does the VP of HR not know that a huge percent of this company's employees doesn't get benefits but wastes money sending out these materials?

A CD. Brilliant. They must have run out of 5 1/4 floppies.
Or that no one uses CDs anymore? Clueless “educational technology” company. The only thing saving them is the wads of cash thrown around to new business, only to lose it after inept management is revealed.
The simple fact is there are so many VPs they lose track of a great deal of things. Bit beyond that it’s not personal, it’s just business. Even when that business becomes your life, that means their conscience is in the clear when they protect the business at the expense of the staff. It is the lowest hanging fruit when maximizing profitability to trim staffing. CDs and the way information is disseminated require a better business acumen.
