And believe that left good performer will not care about potential layoff and still be a good performer? Who is the genius?

Good performers tend to be paid more and the purpose of layoffs at Oracle is to reduce payroll. It doesn't matter how good you are or how much you think you're needed, if you cost too much there's a bullseye on your back and it's a matter of time.
It does not matter good performers or not, if good performers work with low yield income products then good performers will be axed. Plain and simple
