Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox Leadership?

There’s a lot of posts on here and many complain about a lack of communication from Xerox CEO or other leadership. I wonder why no communication from CEO in these trying times?

Is one a leader of a company when not communicating to employees?

Lack of communication, why:

1) not a good leader

2) don’t feel the employees need to know

3) afraid to tell the employees the”real reason”

4) leader of initiative other than CEO of company

5) really need to perfume the pig to get a good sale price (hope potential buyers are reading lay-off.com/Xerox to get the real picture; otherwise they are the s..Coker)

.. other ideas?

No communication because the powers that be do not want to share their "vision." We are being re-badged; reassigned and have no clue as to what is happening. But we were lied to for a year - one big Xerox family - hahaha!

Johnny only cares about the opinions of one person - Mr. Icahn, i.e. the guy who gave him a $20 Million sign-on bonus up-front and has almost $0 in long-term incentives. The rest of us do no matter beyond what we cost his boss. Thus, what's the point in communicating to accounting entries?
