So many 5-15 year folks sit back and collect big payouts yearly with little to no experience. The pioneer model encourages people to put in their 4 years then trade their spine for a bobblehead. Don’t rock the boat, don’t ask questions, just know your role. The inbred nepotism is being propagated by the Goldmember and the likes.
