Take a closer look, Oracle has so many redundant products to offer to customers and customers got Confused. Despite so many ERP offerings, customers are happily moving to either SAP or Coupa.

Add to the above, the mindless acquisitions without having a plan as to what to do with the product after having acquired.
Once a large chunk of revenue is used for shopping new product ( big one annually, and smaller ones everytime LE uses the restroom) and paying heaviliy to LE and LE's directs, where is the money left for the hikes/bonus etc. ?
