Anyone got hikes or RSUs this year?

Most people got the bird, others a pink slip and that’s pretty much it.

Or maybe you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time and it had nothing to do with your raise.
Bonuses will come once they are done with the present rounds of layoffs, to indicate to people that all is well and they should not panic (till next quarter)

This forum is bizarro world. If no raises, you're at risk for layoff. If raises, you're at risk for layoffs. Up is down, down is up.
