I understand that a lot of seasoned employees are being shown the door and replaced with younger and much cheaper people - but what I don't understand is how they are able to get any of them to join Molina.
Do they not do their research before accepting the job? Don't they see how badly we are being treated? Why would they accept a job at a place where layoffs are such a regular occurrence? Are young people really that desperate for a job?
