Do RSU vest for riffed employees?

If one gets rehired (start date) within the 60 day period (WARN in CA) then what happens to the unvested RSU's ?
It's not dependant on your package, unvested in unvested and says in all documentation when it is granted to you that it goes away when you leave employment, regardless of how you leave it.
Unvested RSU and stock options are gone immediately.
Vested stock options with all expire in 4 months (that's the expiration date of mine) so sell them now while the stock is up ($53+)
Any vested RSU's are converted to stock (as opposed to stock OPTIONS) that you own until you do something with them.
No. Once your RSUs best, they become stock you own. Vested options on the other hand expire 90 days after your employment ends, so be sure to exercise any that aren’t underwater before that.
What about the already vested ones? Will those go away too after a RIF?
Nope. Source: lost all mine
No they do not, you lose all RSUs.
I think that unvested RSU's are typically lost when laid off. Not sure how it works for those covered by WARN
Its not guaranteed either way. It depends on your package.
