To I got a rock that's hilarious Charlie Brown. the reason why the bonuses are all over the place is because after all is said and done with company performance Etc your manager can tweak whatever they want my manager not only cut my overtime never gave me a raise gave me more work absolutely hated me and cut my bonus which was Penny's to begin with so after taxes it was almost like I had to pay AIG to come to work and I supported a team except the manager had such a Stranglehold on me it was physically impossible to do much for the team however they knew it they liked me were happy with what I could do for them but she never consulted them before making a decision it's pretty bad when your team keeps telling you they feel so sorry for the way you're treated and when people on the floor come over to you and say we can't stand the way your treated. we don't know how you could take it why don't you go to HR we would never stand for that trtreatment. Your mgr is a monster
