The biggest red flag here is the inability to get answers to our questiona. Leaders either don't know or are playing stupid. I've been through this with other companies but at least answers could be obtained.

I agree, but by doing this to us they lost all chances of anyone giving an effort going forward. #we just don't care anymore!
I think leaders are kept in the dark so people don't get an early warning and bolt. Xerox is making sure people don't have time, options or money.
Worse they think we’re stupid!!! Is disgusting how they look into your eyes and bs, and try to insult your intelligence. Can't wait to leave this circus filled with clowns and puppets!
This is by design, and for a couple reasons: 1) They don’t want you to know. 2) They don’t know because negotiations are active/constant, and although the a general (and desired) direction/outcome is understood, most of the details (and associated aftermath) is TBD. #sh*tshow
