Final STI numbers?

Anyone get an actual detailed analysis for STI numbers? I’ve heard up to 100 percent ignore you are lower in level and 75 to 85 percent for middle management . Anyone know for certain?

Not all at job grade 20 and above received 95% some were much lower at 85%. We don’t even have an opportunity to increase our profits. S---s that our STI was impacted by others who are not doing the job the were hired to do, like SELL!

It happens in levels 19 and below. Just because the STI is at 100% doesn't mean that someone in a group gets it. Managers always give more to their favorites and someone in the group gets less. It's not fair. Also the opportunities to succeed aren't fair. Managers pick their favorites to do special projects and then reward them for it.

Lev 19 and below is 100%... Allocation for rest is 95%... the reduced rates anyone gets is to take from the non favored teams/individuals and give to the favored ones... and of course give back to Sr. management... BD, Zafino, Repko.. ect....
