According to the All Hands Meeting we had on Tuesday the automation orders are going to be the simple move, add, change and disconnect orders. Nothing complex yet. They are automating some of the provisioning and the scheduling aspects of all orders. Giving the customer a more hands on ability to place their own orders, repair tickets, checks status, communicate changes in orders and various other points. This will reduce work going to the business offices/call centers. As more updates and types of services are incorporated into the automation process it will continue to limit the need for as many call centers. Most call centers are probably noticing a reduction in order activity already. Once the Sales group implements the full capacity of the "quote to order" there will be another significant reduction.
