Who’s the bigger id--t? The captain who leads this ship of fools or the underling who refuses to jump ship at the first sign of a life raft? Really I’m not sure.
My big issue with our leadership is the compete and udder spineless way they work. DZ utters something, anything, and VP heads start to nod like bobble heads. No independent thought and if there is they sure are smart enough not to voice it.
All mgrs and directors have their eyes on the prize, their shot at VP. So they won’t say anything either. Any decision they make is through that lens. What gets me to VP? Leadership has shown no matter what is going on they will still make promotions to the upper levels so they’re encouraged to think like this. They don’t care about us, they just want their next promotion.
