There is life after AIG!
AIG is not worth your life. If you feel like a RIF is coming soon, start planning and ACTIVELY working towards your next move. Apply, interview and network. There are MANY better jobs, salaries and companies out there. Don’t let the depression and boredom of AIG limit your thinking or your value.
Everyday in my cube I weigh the pros and cons of being in my current position for the rest of my career vs something i won't say on here.
That alone should speak for itself.
