they first put about one third ppl below avg rating during performance review for ridiculous purely subjective unmeasurable reasons like "was not become your best" then put them on PIP so they could avoid paying severance. Finally the reaper came with 1 on 1 giving notices. no relo or transfer as option because they have no budgets.

Interestingly QD still keeps CCO title alongside with HCE CEO. the 5th sbg is just another circus to be shut down soon but leaders always find their ways out

You're responsible for yourself. If someone mistreats you and you stand there and gulp it down or bite your tongue, then guess what!

  • You just created a new standard for yourself—that it is okay for you to be treated that way. If you cannot handle it, then walk away or fight back and bully the bully till he vomits and dies in his puke!

Or else be culled like a sheep, when your time comes and be ready to be sent back home—if you have the bleeding heart syndrome.

As you go up the food-chain/corporate management-chain, the leash gets tighter around the neck. Most CEOs, VPs and Directors are s---c-dal. Their families and their livelihood lies on the edge. If he fails to cut you, then his family and he will have to starve to death.

It is expected to be ruthless against your wishes and people put a lid on that sort of thing—some take d--gs to stay focused. When they retire, the demons haunt them.

Well, the Honeywell government is controlled by the investor and PE folks. They have to appear as ruthless in all of their decision-making. Kindness is perceived as a weakness. That is why they keep culling people. Especially those with a kind heart.

I call the employees as fools for continuing to allow Honeywell to humiliate and insult their contributions and professionalism. Alas, the Stockholm syndrome, where employees become addicted to their abuser and expect something to change over time!
