Translation: [Now you're saying to people, "We're going to tell you to sell something that does not exist yet, and we're going to tell you to sell it to people who don't want it by forcing them to take it in exchange for deep discounts." And so a lot of people said, 'I have morals and I'm leaving'.]

Can't read the story, but MH is an id--t. Anything he says is garbage.
Employees are just a number and can easily be replaced.
I believe he means employees are nothing for him.
