What would you expect from a "software industrial" that considers corporate CTO and CIO roles are spare time job....
I thought HON was best at making me appreciate getting older. Each year older was a year closer to getting out of this popcorn factory. I made my escape several years ago. I come back here for a bit of schadenfreude -- enjoying the misery of people still stuck at HON. Sorry. You'll get to do the same soon I hope. This place will never change and never improve.
Any company that has to have an internal team called "The Great Place to Work Team" ... sounds like a propaganda campaign headed up by a kindergartner.
Years ago Dave Cote said he didn’t care about making HON a great place to work. I guess Darius is following his lead.
